Living on site -Experienced trainer and horsewoman has a few open stalls....10x12 matted stalls, cleaned daily, 12% pellet fed twice a day, lots of huge grassy turnout's, indoor arena, track, ample parking, heated observation room, located on low traffic gravel road which gets used often for trail rides!! Fun, family atmosphere. Horses for lease and sale. Hunters, Western Pleasure, Reining, Cutting, Barrels, colt starting, problem horses, tune up's, etc. Will be hosting horse shows and other equine related events,including team penning! in the future. $250/month reduced rate until Dec 1st, then back to standard rate of $300/month
