He is one of few Announcers who successfully announces all Equestrian Disciplines - Hunters - Jumpers - Dressage - Eventing - Horse Trials - Saddlebreds - Breeds - Western - Special Events and more.

Equestrian Announcer to the 15th Asian Games – 2006 Doha, Qata.
Announcer the National Western Horse Show Grand Prix - Denver, Colorado.
Born and educated in England, Frank rode for several international riders John Kidd, Lynne Smith-Barker and Valma Milner. After riding and training Grand Prix Jumpers until the age of 21, Frank developed an allergy to horses and being at a total loss, started commentating at Equestrian events one year later. His career took off very quickly and he was soon to be known as "The Man with the Golden Voice" throughout the British Isles. This led him to a guest appearance at the Santa Anita Horse Show in California and he fell head over heels in love with the United States moving here one year later. On December 19 of 2000,Frank became an American Citizen, one of the proudest days of his life.
