4-STAR CERTIFIED OPEN SHOW JUDGE
Stars indicate the judge scored a 90% or better in that respective division. A star was earned by Heather Hines in the following four divisions; HuntSeat, SaddleSeat, StockSeat, & Non-Trotting. NOTE: Certification Clinic for 2009 was CANCELED. All Judges were grandfathered into Certification for 2009.
