E3A is hosting training programs based on the StrengthsFinder assessment tool and integrating it with experiential education with horses, specifically for team building and corporate training. There will be a 1.5 hour teleclass as well as a 2-day equine program in Lexington, KY, on Oct. 15 & 16.
