Description of Services/Statement
of Purpose and Goals: Serenity Horse Rescue Inc. is a not-for-profit, all volunteer rescue organization. Located in Warren County Ohio, SHR is dedicated to promoting the welfare of horses and providing a safe haven for horses that have been abused, neglected or are unwanted and that are in need of rescue.
