Description of Services/Statement
of Purpose and Goals: To provide a safe, humane environment for horses in need. To rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome or retire the animal. Accepting surrenders from horseowner's in need. To have equines humanely euthanized by a vet if the need arises.To provide free "hands on horsey stuff" for kids at risk, paying special attention to the children and families that do not qualify for other programs.To educate the public and new horse owners of the costs, responsibilities, advantages and disadvantages of horse ownership to try to lessen the amount of horses sent to slaughter or starved or mistreated.
