of Purpose and Goals: Broken Oaks Equine Retirement Center is a non profit, tax exempt Corporation licensed in Washington State. We are a horse shelter, rescue, adoption center, and education facility. We have several programs that provide many ways for volunteers and supporters to become directly involved in our rescue and rehabilitation efforts
