Stated Purpose of Association-Club:

The purpose of the American Warmblood Registry is to produce the best sporthorses in the world. To that end we inform and educate our breeders of the most successful breeding practices science and technology have to offer. We work towards developing the best North American Sprothorses available in North America and elsewhere.

Featured Programs or Goals

AWR Awards program - The American Warmblood Registry has one of the most diverse award programs of any registry in North America. We recognize our American Sporthorse accomplishments in Dressage, Jumping, Eventing, and Driving. We also offer awards to our American Warmbloods who are competing in the largest segment of the American horse show circuit-Hunters. In addition to having created a formal Hunter Breeding Program, the AWR is the pioneer among registries to encourage the accomplishments of our American horses in the North American Hunter divisions. ...more
