Short Resume: James L. Crow specializes in art involoving all breeds of horses. From his own saddlebred farm near Lexington, Kentucky and at nearby recetracks and arenas. Mr. Crow sees horses through the eyes of both an artist and a horse-lover. He then transforms them into paintings that capture them in all their romance. Mr. Crow's paintings have been on display at the Headly Whitney Museum, International Museum of the Horse, Kentucky Horse Park Museum, J.B. Speed Museum and the Kentucky Derby Museum. One of Mr. Crow's paintings entitled "Summer Showers" is on permanent display in the private collection of the Marchioness of Tavistock at the Wodburn Abbey Museum in England.
